Situated on 26 acres of private land on West Quoddy Head—the easternmost private property in the continental United States—and bordering West Quoddy Head State Park, Quoddy House is an historic circa-1835 Cape in a breathtaking, very special corner of the world. A separate rental unit, HighTide, is a small modernist structure nestled in the woods on the eastern side of the property.
